Komatsu Udon

The udon noodles of Komatsu City have been a famous food ever since the days of the Kaga Domain during the Edo era (1603–1868). These distinctively thin udon noodles are made with locally grown wheat, and water from underground streams that flow from Mt. Hakusan, for a delicious, satisfying result.
